Warranty Conditions
All products are under the warranty of the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. Warranty conditions

1. What is an unconditional warranty and how long is it valid?
If the HAIS PRO branded products you have purchased malfunction for 1 YEAR,
In case of any malfunction, it will be repaired free of charge by all our authorized services throughout Türkiye.
This means that all labor services during the repair are also free of charge.
HAIS PRO branded Cordless Hand Tools are registered in the system and are valid for 1 YEAR from the invoice date.

2. What should I do to benefit from the unconditional warranty?
